Chloe is a plant-based chef based in Norwich, but frequently travels the UK and beyond, creating colourful and comforting produce-led dishes using an abundance of seasonal produce.
With a career in food spanning almost two decades, Chloe has specialised in vegetarian and vegan cuisine since 2016, when she headed the kitchen in an East London vegan cafe, whilst also freelancing in events. Since then, Chloe has poured her knowledge and enthusiasm for delicious plant-based food into creating wholesome and nourishing but never pious feasts for retreats and events, with a philosophy deeply rooted in rejecting diet culture and promoting a happy and peaceful relationship with food and our bodies.
